inconvenient pool hours missing robes

The breakfast was acceptable. It certainly filled a hole, I guess.

The pool hours were quite inconvenient, I must say. Opening from 12 pm to 3 pm and then again from 4 pm to 9 pm is not exactly ideal for tourists who tend to be out and about during the day. there were no robes in the room. A minor thing, but still.

stuffy room much noise

The staff was very helpful. That was acceptable.

The air conditioning did not work well! it was stuck in heat mode. The room became too stuffy and humid. I tried opening the window, though it let in too much noise to sleep.

unclean room ineffective temperature

i found some issues . the room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival. i noticed dust and debris in several areas and the bathroom floor had hairs, this was unacceptable. also, the temperature control in the room was ineffective and i struggled to adjust it to a comfortable level, this caused discomfort during the night.
